臺北市立國樂團 新絲路雙月刊 No.71

**【新思路】相約 一期一會 **

時光如白駒過隙，轉眼之間，2020年已將過半。

上半年突發的疫情風暴令人措手不及，北市國始終以最謹慎的態度、最高效的速度來因應疫情種種變化。

在3、4月的演出計畫中止後，我們在最短時間內發函給合作的音樂家與演出團隊，協助他們向文化部申請紓困補助。同時，如何在惶惶氛圍中為大眾持續提供藝術的撫慰，更是北市國同仁們上下一心、殫智竭力工作的核心目標。

在這3個月裡，我們總共推出了3月的「望春風」、4月的「臺灣加油」、5月的「聲東擊西：TCO & JPG」共3場網路直播音樂會，除了獲得觀眾的熱情迴響外，音樂會中為演奏家進行防疫距離落座、為管樂演奏家訂製壓克力隔板????????等種種防疫措施，也帶動其他團隊的跟進，陸續採用此模式推出線上音樂會。
當疫情稍見減緩，北市國的弓弦、吹打與彈撥樂團也參與了4月份「中山堂廣場音樂節」的戶外演出。演出同樣落實嚴格的防疫步驟，臺下圍出明確的觀眾區，入場觀眾採實名制登記，座位亦皆按照安全距離排置，務求給予所有參與者最大的保護。

此外，還製作了帶狀網路直播節目「TCO小學堂」，從最初安排團內成員開堂授課、到陸續邀請團外優秀青年演奏家來線上開講，讓樂迷們在防疫生活中仍可輕鬆接觸藝術，並且更完整地瞭解每一位演奏家的獨特風格。

邁入6月後，我們將迎來與北市交合辦的「廣場藝術節」。自5月29日至6月7日，北市國將邀請上半年室內節目被取消的團隊來進行戶外演出，提供民間團隊實際的演出機會與酬勞補貼。

6月13日，我們舉辦第4場「那疫年，我們的音樂比賽Ｔ＿ＴⅢ」網路直播音樂會。這場音樂會是為了彌補今年全國學生音樂比賽因疫情影響，團體賽事全數取消的遺憾。北市國將在音樂會中演奏國樂合奏項目裡，從小學組到大專組的所有指定曲，同時我們也號召所有為了賽事苦練的學子們在螢幕前與我們一起合奏，並錄下演奏影像上傳到北市國的粉絲頁，來一場華山論劍的網路大會。

未及實現的計畫令人惋惜，但我們依然可以把握種種意外促成的新緣。6月，北市國與樂迷誠摯相約，創造他日再難複製的一期一會。


Time flies, in the blink of an eye, it’s the middle of 2020.

The sudden epidemic storm in the first half of the year caught everyone unprepared. TCO has always responded to the changes in the epidemic with the most cautious attitude and speed.

After the termination of the performance plan in March and April, we sent letters to the cooperative musicians and the performance team in the shortest time to assist them to apply for bailout subsidies from the Ministry of Culture. At the same time, how to continue to provide artistic comfort to the public in a panic atmosphere is also the goal of the colleagues TCO works together towards.

In these three months, we have launched a total of three live webcast concerts, namely Craving for the Spring Wind (Wang Chun feng)" in March, Cheer for Taiwan! in April, and East and West Music Fair – TCO & JPG in May. In addition to the enthusiastic response of the audience, various anti-epidemic measures such as performing anti-epidemic distance seating for the performers and custom-made acrylic partitions for the wind musicians in the concert also led other teams follow and adopt this model to launch online concerts one after another.

When the epidemic slowed down, the string, percussion, and plucked orchestras of TCO also participated in the outdoor performances of the Zhongshan Hall Square Music Festival in April. The performance also implemented strict anti-epidemic procedures, and a clear audience area was circled for the audience. The audiences registered under the real-name system, and the seats were arranged according to a safe distance, so as to give all participants maximum protection.

In addition, a ribbon webcast TCO classroom was produced. From the initial arrangement of members in the group to give lectures, to the successive invitation of outstanding young performers outside the group to give online lectures, it allows fans to easily access art in epidemic prevention life, and more fully understand the uniqueness of each player style.
After entering June, we will usher in the Square Arts Festival co-organized with TSO. From May 29 to June 7, TCO will invite teams whose indoor programs were canceled in the first half of the year to perform outdoor performances, and provide actual performance opportunities and compensation subsidies for folk teams.

On June 13, we will hold the fourth "That Year, Our Music Competition T＿TⅢ" webcast concert. This concert is to make up for the regret that this year's national student music competition was completely cancelled due to the epidemic. TCO will perform all the designated tracks from the elementary school group to the junior college group in the national music ensemble project in the concert. At the same time, we also call on all the students who are practicing hard for the competition to ensemble with us in front of the screen, and record the video of the performance and upload it to the fan page of TCO for a grand online assembly.

It is a pity that plans have has not been realized, but we can still grasp the new fate promoted by various accidents. In June, TCO will meet the music fans to create a period that will be difficult to replicate in other days.
